Returns & Refunds
30-day Return Window:
You can return items purchased from Luméa for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. All returns must be approved before sending it back to us.
Condition of Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It should be unused and in its original packaging.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Cost:
Please note that while we are happy to refund. We do not cover the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and providing a tracking number for proof of return.
Refunds:
Upon a successful return, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds will be calculated according to the promotional discount applied to the order. Your refund may take 2-7 business days to reflect in your account
